Today I thought of you Like I have always done from the days before you were born and beyond And I wished you would give me a sign, to tell me you're okay Even though I know you are - it's me that often is not As the void within is sometimes so deep Then I remember what you taught me - about life and living in the now And I see the rays of the sun reaching out through the clouds Reminding me that I just have to close my eyes and you will be there, Smiling. Then, 2 days later, there was a rainbow in front of my house and there was no rain or rain clouds to be seen. I took some photos. After I downloaded them I saw this little heart on top of it (and there is even a bigger heart above it I think.). I wanted to share that with you. I hope your Thanksgiving this year was meaningful. I spent it with my oldest son and girlfriend in Nashville. It was like a new beginning.
